June Media roundup: New construction pics and renderings

June was an exciting month and we saw construction moving along nicely at all our neighbourhoods. Along with photos of construction sites we unveiled a brand new rendering of an east side development. Read on to see which one!

We love photos of epic machines at our construction sites as much as the next person, but our favourite thing about construction pics is the progress they represent. We’re excited to see how each neighbourhood progresses as construction moves along. BuzzBuzzHome and Urban Toronto both provided construction updates on The Carnaby in Queen West with beautiful photos of the project in progress. We can’t wait to see how the building evolves! Read more about The Carnaby in RedPin and BuzzBuzzHome.

Urban Toronto went inside the west end sales office for a closer look at The Carnaby, inspired by the mod streets of London in the 60s. Included is a floorplan of our 1,195 sq.ft. three-bedroom loft, offering open concept living on two levels. The suite is from our newly released Carnaby Collection.

Meanwhile, The Toronto Sun went east to our construction site at The Carlaw and chatted with a vital member of the team—Corrado Caruso, a crane operator. Caruso said to the newspaper: “There’s a sense of pride when I drive in the city and I see these buildings I’ve had my hands on. I can say I’ve moved every little piece of concrete on this building.”

This month we were also thrilled to release a new rendering of The Taylor’s ultra-modern double-height lobby. BuzzBuzzHome had to say about it: “The Taylor’s careful combination of contemporary decor, fused with historical elements, also reflects Leslieville’s gradual transformation from a quiet neighbourhood to one lined with rave-worthy cafes, galleries and a handful of new restaurants.” To read more about The Taylor, check out this article in New Condo Guide.
